Damas de honor

Desde que empecé a estudiar el curso de wedding planner me suelo hacer muchas preguntas respecto a las bodas en nuestro país.

¿Conocéis la figura de la dama de honor en una boda? Supongo que a la mayoría os sonará este concepto, ya que por las películas americanas estamos acostumbradas a ver en las bodas a la novia acompañada por 3 o 4 amigas subiendo hacia el altar.

Estas chicas tienen una cierta importancia en la ceremonia, pues tradicionalmente son las que sostienen la cola del vestido de la novia y llevan las flores., por tanto deben ser elegidas con sumo cuidado.

Es España se está extendiendo esta costumbre. Yo ya he asistido a un par de bodas en las que la novia contaba con damas de honor. Suelen ser sus hermanas o amigas más cercanas y la ayudan tanto en el día de la boda como con los preparativos.

Y la pregunta que os hago es ¿Os acordáis de los vestidos de dama tan horrorosos que se tuvo que poner Katherine en la película 27 vestidos para las bodas de sus amigas? Si la respuesta es afirmativa seguro que lo recordareis como el museo de los horrores.

Hoy en día las damas de honor suelen elegir vestidos de estilo similar al de la novia y suelen ir todas iguales en color, corte o tejido.
